Police and Increasing Crime Rate in Pakistan

    Published on:

    The Justice of Police

The police in Pakistan are not doing enough to protect the citizens of Pakistan. This is because there are many criminals who are willing to do anything for money. They will take advantage of someone’s weakness or a situation that is easy for them to get away with. It is important for us as citizens of Pakistan to learn how we can be safe from these criminals and how we can help our police department by reporting crimes when they happen so they can be stopped before they commit another crime against someone else!

Police and Increasing Crime Rate in Pakistan

The police department of Pakistan is a key pillar of the state. Without it, we would not be able to maintain law and order in our country. The police department has been working hard to provide security for all citizens of Pakistan. They are also responsible for ensuring that no criminal activity takes place within their jurisdiction. However, there has been an increase in crime rates in Lahore, Multan and other parts of Punjab province over the past few months. This is due to various factors such as:

    • increase in drug consumption across the country
    • increase in crime rate due to drug consumption among youth
    • increase in hiring of new police personnel by the government

Pakistan is a country that has always been known for its rich culture and traditions. However, a new trend has been gaining momentum in the last few years. The country is experiencing an increase in crime rate and many people are becoming victims of it.

According to official statistics, the number of crimes committed in Pakistan has increased by 15% over the last decade. This includes murders, rapes, kidnappings, burglary and theft among others.

There have been several reasons cited for this trend including the political instability in the country as well as poverty which makes people desperate enough to take risks without thinking about the consequences of their actions.

As you can imagine, these crimes are expensive and many people do not have access to financial resources to pay fines or get bail which makes them more likely to be arrested by law enforcement authorities instead of being punished by courts.

This problem gets worse when there aren’t enough resources available to police officers who are already overwhelmed with other duties such as dealing with traffic accidents or handling other minor incidents such as domestic violence cases which may result in death or serious injuries if left untreated.”

It’s no secret that Pakistan is experiencing an increasing crime rate. The number of crimes reported has increased by almost 400% since 2000, with most of the increase occurring in Karachi.

The police are struggling to keep up with the increase in crime and have been forced to use extra resources in order to deal with it.

However, there are ways you can help make a difference in your community and help fight this rising tide of violence. If you see something strange happening around your area, don’t be afraid to report it! It might not seem like much, but every little thing helps when it comes to keeping our streets safe from criminals and making sure that everyone feels safe when they’re out in public.

    Conclusion:

There are multiple reasons for this increasing crime rate. Sociologists and social scientists have theorised all of them: rapid urbanisation, slower economic growth and increased population growth, expansion of the criminal justice system, increase poverty and unemployment rates etc. Besides these factors, there is still one more reason which had been related to this issue. Police inefficiency is a major cause of crime rate in Pakistan. Government has taken some measures to make police more efficient (praiseworthy efforts) but yet it is falling short to achieve its goals because of corrupt police officers who are considered as a proof of failure in police department. When it comes to security, is necessary that every citizen of Pakistan to follow rules of law and take active participation in crime prevention so that they can play their due role in the development process of country.
